30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Returned with original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, submit your returnΒ with:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or supporting documents related to your return request

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our support team will send a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions directly to your email address.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee

Online returns are subject to a $4.99 prepaid return shipping label fee, which may be deducted from your refund amount.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

In-store returns and exchanges are completely free.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, submit a return within 48 hours of deliveryΒ with clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only and depend on product availability.

Replacement delivery times may vary by location.

No Restocking Fees

Whisperelle does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied during checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.

Refunds are not available for discounts or promotions not used at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
