How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered within 6–10 business days after a 1–2 business day processing period. Express shipping takes 2–4 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $7.50 for orders under $185 and free for orders above $185.01
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email within 2–5 business days after your order is shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Submit your Return with your order details, proof, and photos. Once approved, we’ll send a return label.
Is there a return shipping fee?
Yes, online returns include a $4.99 prepaid return shipping fee (may be deducted from refund). In-store returns are free.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace, exchange, or refund it.
